Our Approach

Personal Integrity

We have built our careers on the premise that personal integrity is the foundation for success. We realize that most transactions are one-time events for our clients and we work tirelessly to achieve their goals. These goals, which will be discussed at the earliest stage and revisited throughout the representation, help ensure that we are continuously in sync with our clients.

We view each engagement and transaction as if we were the owner of the business. With years of professional experience negotiating transactions and executing deals, we understand that the success of any deal will be measured after the closing. We believe in spending the time to find the best match between the Buyer and Seller.

Superior Service

Our experience is that Managing Directors in many advisory firms are often involved in the beginning of a client engagement and during the final negotiations, leaving the most critical part of the review to be performed by junior members of the firm. We believe that a client should expect the best in all stages of the process. Sukay & Associates is dedicated to having the most experienced people involved in every facet of negotiations, the business review and post-closing integration.

Unlike many advisory firms whose business model includes significant overhead and staff leverage, the business plan of Sukay & Associates emphasizes remaining small and focused. We do not seek to be all things to all people and, as a result, we provide superior service by taking on a limited number of clients at one time. We have established personal and professional goals that place a premium on achieving superior results versus a large number of deals.

What Clients Say

"I could not have asked for a better advisor in this transaction. Sukay & Associates treated our transaction as if it was their own and worked tirelessly to ensure that our professional and personal goals were achieved." Bob Walsh, President - Hess Egan Hagerty & L'Hommedieu

"I have known Tom Sukay for over 25 years. During that time, I relied on Tom for his perspective as I built my agency. Once my partners decided to pursue a sale, I knew that I could not rely on other brokers who would view my interests as just another client. None of us could have imagined the effort that was required to pursue the sale. Tom was involved in every aspect of the transaction and his team was outstanding. They invested the time to understand our company and pursued a transaction that met our specific goals." Steve Lesser - DS Machesney Inc.

"Trust, integrity and effort are traits that we expect from the employees of our agency. We engaged Sukay & Associates to pursue the sale of our company because we knew that they would conduct themselves in a similar manner. Premium, personalized service does not begin to describe their dedication in achieving our goals. It was refreshing that something so important to us was not being delegated to junior staff members. Tom and his staff's extensive background in the industry were readily apparent as they engaged themselves with our company and the sales process. They continue to stay involved in assisting us to interpret the legal contracts and aiding us to achieve our goals." Randy Butz - Morrell, Butz & Junker, Inc.
