Our experience is that Managing Directors in many advisory firms are often involved in the beginning of a client engagement and during the final negotiations, leaving the most critical part of the review to be performed by junior members of the firm. Unlike many advisory firms whose business model includes significant overhead and staff leverage, the business plan of Sukay & Associates emphasizes remaining small and focused.
