In addition, through our affiliation with the Academy of Insurance, we can conduct classes in your place of business to help employees gain the knowledge and continuing education credits while minimizing time away from servicing customers.
Leadership Training: This is conducted by Sukay & Associates and is customized to meet the needs of each organization.
Performance Management: Using tools such as the 360 Degree Evaluation, we develop programs to increase the effectiveness of your current management staff.
Human Resources Training: We provide classes including: Discrimination and How to Prevent It; Interviewing Techniques; and How to Hire and Fire People within the Law to reduce your legal exposure. These classes can be done on a one-off basis or as a series.
Banking and insurance compliance
